THROWING A PARTY?

Stew Leonard’s Wine’s specialists offer the following tips for how much wine to serve at your next party. Throwing a Party? How much wine do I need for a dinner party? Depending on whether other beverages are offered, plan on serving 3 to 4 glasses of wine per person for a 3-4 hour party. How many glasses should I get from a bottle of wine? There are approximately 5 (5 oz) glasses of wine per 750ml bottle and 10 glasses per 1.5L bottle. What should the red/white ratio be? While the type of party, food being served and likes of your guests all play a role, in general, plan on serving 2/3 red versus 1/3 white.
