Presept Wine Tasting
Friday December 1st
Gruet Blanc De Noirs — 16.99
Gruet’s non vintage Blanc de Noirs is a lovely sparkling wine, a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay with a very pale salmon hue. The pinot noir base shows beautifully, with an unusual richness conveying delicate but discernible berryish notes of raspberry and strawberry with a creamy texture.
White Cluster Riesling — 8.98
This Washington State Riesling is produced by our friends at Waterbrook Winery, and has compelling floral and peachy notes that lead to fresh fruit flavors of citrus and pear, and the perfect balance of sweetness and crisp acidity. Serve this wine as an aperitif, with spicy cuisine, or with casual conversation!
Primarius Pinot Noir — 14.99
A lovely Pinot from a fantastic vintage. Rich raspberry aroma, with black cherry and rose petal notes. The French oak complements the fruit, and the wine has an elegant finish.
Cluster Red Blend — 8.98
Red Cluster comes from our friends at Waterbrook Winery in Washington, and is a blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah. With lovely ripe fruit flavors and a supple texture that’s so prized in Washington State wines, this is at a price you can keep coming back to!
Pendulum Cabernet — 15.99
Firm and toasty, this expressive wine offers layers of blueberry, currant, black pepper and black tea over fine tannins with a great finish.
Browne Family Cabernet — 34.99
Inviting Bing cherry, cocoa and leather aromas swirl around the glass of this beautiful Cabernet. The silky palate is layered with vanilla, clove, damson plum and fleur de sel notes. This well structured wine leaves a developed cedar and lingering fruit on the finish.
